Mark is a business colleague and friend. From a business point of view, I had the privilege of watching him argue a case in front of the California Supreme Court. He was brilliant, daring, and respectfully down to earth; totally prepared and quick thinking when curves were thrown at him by the justices, which happened many times during his discourse. And although I wasn’t surprised by his abilities, he was fascinating to watch.

As a friend, he is one of the kindest, gentlest, sincere people I know. He goes out of his way to help those in need, and is generous to a fault. On the down side, he is balding and…..well, that’s about it! I am truly grateful to have Mark as a friend. I recommend him with both my head and my heart. –Bob
