Mark S. Eisenberg is an experienced trial lawyer whose broad background includes business and commercial litigation, real estate, construction, professional liability, trade secrets/unfair competition, insurance disputes and personal injury.
Mr. Eisenberg received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law with Moot Court honors in 1990. He has served as the Co-Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Solo and Small Firm section, and is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Barristers, where he served as founder and Co-Chair of the Senior Law Day Committee and the Senior Citizens’ Legal Handbook Committee. When he’s not practicing law, Mr. Eisenberg plays the trumpet in several musical organizations, including the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic, The Big Band of Barristers Jazz Band, the UCLA Alumni Band, the Pacific Palisades Oom Pa Pa Marching Band, where he is now in his 30th year as its Music Director, and Slave to Rhythm, an 8-piece funk/soul cover band.
